1. Fulfillment Hubs & Origins

To ensure fast handling and broad catalog availability, orders are fulfilled from three strategic international logistics hubs depending on inventory and destination:

Note: Orders containing multiple items stored in different facilities or items with electronic battery boxes may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

2. Order Processing Times

• Standard Sets & In-Stock Items: Processed, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom MOCs & Loose Parts Orders: May require 3 to 7 business days to carefully count, pick, and sort individual brick elements.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic dispatch email with your tracking code.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on the destination country and the dispatch warehouse:

Delivery estimates are subject to normal postal logistics. Delays due to inclement weather, customs security clearance, or holiday volume spikes are outside carrier control.

4. Tracking Information

A tracking code is generated for every shipment as soon as the package is ready for courier collection. Please note:

• Allow 2 to 4 business days for initial carrier scans to display active checkpoints online.
• Temporary gaps between transit hubs (e.g. while parcels are aboard international cargo flights) are standard and do not mean your shipment is stalled.
• You can track your order status live anytime via our BuildPieces Order Tracking Portal or through 17Track.net.

5. Secure Packaging & Outer Box Notice

To offer the best possible prices and ensure maximum protection during long-distance international transit, building brick sets are shipped in custom, heavy-duty padded mailers or reinforced protective cartons without outer retail packaging.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• United States: Most U.S. customs tariffs and transport-related charges are already incorporated into our pricing and shipping rates.
• European Union: Shipments into EU countries are handled in compliance with EU customs declaration frameworks and import procedures.
• Other International Countries: Import duties, local VAT, or clearance handling fees (if applicable in your jurisdiction) remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Please double-check your recipient name, complete street address, postal code, and contact phone number during checkout. If you need to correct an address, please message us immediately before the parcel is collected by the carrier.
