3. Product Specifications & Compatibility Notice

• Independent Compatibility: All building brick models, loose pieces, and MOC sets offered on this website are independently manufactured high-precision alternative building bricks 100% compatible with major brick systems.
• Trademark Notice: LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group of companies, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this website or its products.
• Product Imagery: Photographs and 3D renders are for reference. Manufacturers may introduce minor production updates to part molds, printed elements, or piece color shades without prior notice, which do not constitute defects.

4. MOC (My Own Creation) Custom Sets

MOC models are custom brick builds designed by independent master builders. Unless explicitly listed in the product description:

• MOC sets may exclude special printed elements, stickers, motorized battery boxes, or minifigures.
• Building instructions are typically supplied digitally via PDF or step-by-step digital download codes.
• Because MOC sets are individually sourced, hand-sorted, and prepared on demand for each customer order, they are non-returnable once sorting has commenced.

5. Secure Packaging & Outer Box Notice

To keep prices affordable and prevent retail boxes from being crushed during international shipping, sets are packaged securely in heavy-duty protective mailers or reinforced shipping cartons with factory-sealed numbered plastic bags. The absence of a decorative retail box is not a defect and does not qualify for return or compensation.

6. Pricing, Payments & Order Acceptance

• Currency & Adjustments: Prices are subject to update without notice. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion or bank handling fees charged by their payment card issuer.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not constitute final order acceptance. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, correct technical pricing errors, or decline orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Payment Gateways: We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets processed via encrypted, Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

7. Shipping, Tracking & Import Customs

Orders are dispatched from regional logistics hubs (U.S., EU, and China). Delivery windows are realistic estimates and are subject to postal transit conditions, customs inspections, and peak holiday volume.

Every order is protected by our signature 1-Year (365-Day) After-Sales Support Guarantee from the date of confirmed delivery. In the rare event of a missing brick or manufacturing defect, we provide free missing parts replacement shipments worldwide for the initial claim upon submission of part details.

9. Returns & Order Cancellation

Unopened, unassembled sets in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before package dispatch.

10. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses

All website code, branding, logos, graphic design, and custom product catalogs are the property of BuildPieces or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, scrape, duplicate, or exploit any portion of this site without express written consent. Prohibited actions include introducing malicious software, interfering with store security, or executing fraudulent transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildPieces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or delayed carrier delivery. Our maximum aggregate liability for any purchase claim shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid for the affected item. We are not liable for transit interruptions arising from natural events, border closures, or customs authority actions beyond our reasonable control.
